还是速溶咖啡的咖啡因比较好控制于是又喝回来了。之前喝了很久法压壶的手冲但是咖啡粉正常的话就开始心慌干不好活，减半的话又就没什么味道，可能也有粉研磨太细的原因吧。
@kiririn 我大概要喝两个月用完一包咖啡粉但是咖啡粉大概只有第一个月香，后半包真的食之无味弃之可惜，喝还能喝也没有特别坏但是就是不香了
